1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on NumisDB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
NumisDB is a digital numismatic catalogue providing data on coins, banknotes, and medals — including market values, grading information, and Numista integration. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by collectors and enthusiasts. NumisDB is operated by Leonid Molchanov, a registered exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) under Israeli law.
3. Account Registration
You must register with a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Leonid246@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
NumisDB is offered on a subscription basis: • Monthly plan: billed every month. • Annual plan: billed once per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing you authorise us (through our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to the service until that date. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods once a billing cycle has begun. 14-day cancellation right (Israeli residents): Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Amendment No. 4, 2010), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at Leonid246@gmail.com. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by PayPal.
6. Free Access (HTML Catalogue Owners)
Purchasers of the NumisDB HTML catalogue may receive a complimentary 6-month subscription. This access is personal, non-transferable, and provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free access offers at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the catalogue data. • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download catalogue content. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying data or application logic. • Share your account credentials with other persons. Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All catalogue data, market values, software, and design elements are the property of NumisDB or its licensors. Numista data is provided under the terms of the Numista API agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
9. Data Accuracy
Market values are based on real auction results and are updated quarterly. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty that prices reflect current market conditions at any given time. The data is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NumisDB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or inaccuracy of catalogue information.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the service or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. NumisDB is operated by Leonid Molchanov, a registered exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) under Israeli law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
